Independence Through Grace

GRACE, Bridges, New Options, and Limitless

At Independence Through GRACE Foundation (ITG), we believe in the ability and value of every adult with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Through our four core programs—GRACE, Bridges, New Options, and Limitless—we support individuals as they discover purpose, build skills, and take meaningful steps toward personal and professional independence.”

(Mike Butler, Executive Director)

Amicus foundation's impact

The Amicus Foundation gave a grant to Independence through Grace in the autumn of 2024 to cover the cost of staff members to attend and receive WIP-C certification in benefits counseling. This certification training enables the staff to better explain and guide participants and their families through the complex system of public benefits such as SSI, SSDI, etc. In providing this guidance, participants are able to make informed decisions about their employment and understand the impact of employment on their benefits which provides them with increased opportunities of self-sufficiency.

Independence Through GRACE Foundation offers a variety of programs and services for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, or diverse abilities. We believe that every person has inherent value in God’s eyes, and our programs are designed to empower our participants to live with independence and contribute to their communities.
